 If you are unsure how much or how little your loved one specifically needs, we offer a free in-home care assessment that allows us to analyze and suggest different service options that would best fit the needs of you and your family member. 

 We monitor each staff to ensure that they are delivering the appropriate quality of care, per our company’s mission and goals. All staff are monitored diligently and efficiently, on a consistent and regular basis. 

 Committed Homecare staff are required to be bonded and insured. This allows you to rest easy knowing that your loved one is under the care of a qualified, trusted, and reliable home care staff. 

 Our staff are put through rigorous interviews and required to pass a full criminal background check. We ensure that each Staff we hire will represent the entirety of Committed Homecare values and expectations. 

 Our open-door policy allows for a range of inquiries regarding our services and the details that surround them. You can change your services at any time—upgrade or downgrade— and we will guide you through the process, every step of the way. 

 We make sure that each person involved with your loved one’s care is involved and up to date on every aspect of the care plan, the client’s rights, and detailed information on our company and how we operate. We want you to be informed. 

 We do not require a minimum number of hours for our services. Our staff are available whether it’s an hour, an as-needed basis, or a 24/7 basis. If you need us, we are there, no matter what. 

 Committed Home care offers only the best transportation services for your loved one. We are not just limited to doctor appointments or medication pick up, but our staff can transport your family member to events, outings, family get-togethers, errands, and so much more. 

  Our afterhours telephone service is reserved for urgent matters that are not medical related. If a staff is sick and unable to attend the household, we will take care of finding a replacement as soon as possible. 

 Committed Homecare protects each one of our staff through Worker’s Compensation. You can have peace of mind knowing that our staff are covered for any injuries or accidents.
